TIPSY PUDDING

    INGREDIENTS

Bread
Marie biscuits
concentrated /reduced milk- 500ml
custard-500ml
chocolate sauce         

METHOD

Its a bread n biscuit pudding.
Preferably take a square dish, its easier to layer it.

The 1st layer is of bread, remove d sides n roughly tear d bread pieces n put it at d base.
Make some custard,not very thick,spread it onto it.
Next layer wid marie biscuits, by breakin it into pieces n not powder.
Make some concentrated milk or u call it kheer, which is nothin but 1L milk reduced to half.
Add this on top of d biscuits.
3rd layer again of d bread, followed by custard n 4th layer of biscuit n kheer.
On top u can put fruits or decorate it wid dark chocolate sauce.
Refrigerate it, n serve cold.
