CABBAGE AND PANEER STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS
Paneer-250g
Small Cabbage-1
Ghee-2Tbsp+ 1Tbsp
Oil-1Tbsp
Jeera-1tsp
Whole Red Chillies-2
Dhaniya pwdr-1Tbsp
Jeera pwdr- 1Tbsp
Red chilli pwdr-1tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander- 1Tbsp

METHOD

Slightly fry d paneer in ghee after cuttin it into cubes.

Then take it out n add it at d last step.
Put 1tbsp ghee into the kadhai, add 1tbsp oil, then put jeera ,dried red chillies.
Add the shredded cabbage,stir fry.
Put some dhania pwdr, jeera pwdr n red chilli pwdr,salt.
Cover and cook for 3min, add d paneer, finely chopped coriander.
