INGREDIENTS 1 cup suji/rawa 1 cup maida 1 tbsp ghee 1tsp saunf 1/2 cup milk a pinch elaichi pwdr 1 cup sugar water kismiss kaju oil for frying METHOD Take 1 cup sugar,add 2cups water, and bring it to boil,thus keep the sugar syrup ready. It should be thin syrup. Now take a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and sugar, make a smooth batter. Consistency of the batter can be little thinner than dosa batter. Take a kadhai,add the oil,heat it. When the oil is hot,take a laddle full of the batter n pour on to the oil. Deep fry till it is golden brown. Then add it in the sugar syrup when it is hot,keep it for a minute then take it out onto a plate for serving.

TIPSY PUDDING

    INGREDIENTS Bread Marie biscuits concentrated /reduced milk- 500ml custard-500ml chocolate sauce          METHOD Its a bread n biscuit pudding. Preferably take a square dish, its easier to layer it. The 1st layer is of bread, remove d sides n roughly tear d bread pieces n put it at d base. Make some custard,not very thick,spread it onto it. Next layer wid marie biscuits, by breakin it into pieces n not powder. Make some c oncentrated milk or u call it kheer, which is nothin but 1L milk reduced to half. Add this on top of d biscuits. 3rd layer again of d bread, followed by custard n 4th layer of biscuit n kheer. On top u can put fruits or decorate it wid dark chocolate sauce. Refrigerate it, n serve cold.
