CHICKEN CUTLET
INGREDIENTS Boneless chicken-250g Oil-2Tbsp+ for deep frying Ginger Garlic Paste- 2Tbsp Chopped Green chillies-1Tbsp Chopped Onion-1 Salt to taste Jeera pwdr-1Tbsp Garam masala pwdr-1Tbsp Coriander pwdr-1Tbsp Cornflour OR Maida-2Tbsp Boiled Potato-1 Pudina Dhaniya Chutney METHOD Boil d boneless chicken, then grind it in a blender. Add 2tbsp oil in a kadhai, put ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, chopped onion, stir fry. Then add d minced chicken, add salt, jeera pwdr, garam masala, coriander pwdr, mix it well. Mixture is ready. let it cool, then add cornflour or maida- 2 tbsp,add 1 boiled potato,mash it. Shape it into small balls, then deep fry d cutlets. Serve hot wid pudina dhaniya chutney..
