MALPUA
INGREDIENTS
1 cup suji/rawa
1 cup maida
1 tbsp ghee
1tsp saunf
1/2 cup milk
a pinch elaichi pwdr
1 cup sugar
water
kismiss
kaju
oil for frying
METHOD
Take 1 cup sugar,add 2cups water, and bring it to boil,thus keep the sugar syrup ready.
It should be thin syrup.
Now take a bowl mix all the ingredients except oil and sugar, make a smooth batter.
Consistency of the batter can be little thinner than dosa batter.
Take a kadhai,add the oil,heat it.
When the oil is hot,take a laddle full of the batter n pour on to the oil.
Deep fry till it is golden brown.
Then add it in the sugar syrup when it is hot,keep it for a minute then take it out onto a plate for serving.
